Real-time streaming SaaS: lead frontend, platform & developer tooling
Anonymised Real-time streaming SaaS
The platform needed senior engineering capacity across product UI, backend services, infrastructure tooling, and developer artifacts as it scaled toward enterprise customers.
Ongoing engagement. Lead frontend across the product and admin app, contributor to the Python backend, owner of the Terraform provider refactor, and people-lead on the engineering team.
Lola Health: full-stack engineering partner
lolahealth.com
Lola Health needed a full engineering function across the parts of the business software touches. Order flow, regulated lab integrations, an internal admin platform, and storefronts the team could trust day-to-day.
Multi-year ongoing engagement. Lola Health runs an at-home diagnostics product on a platform we built and continue to operate.
AI SaaS: MVP build that secured the seed round
Anonymised Early-stage AI SaaS
An early-stage founding team needed a credible product in months. Not a prototype, but a working multi-service system with the depth required to convince institutional investors at seed.
The MVP we built became the product the team raised their seed round on (around $1M). We handed the system over to the in-house team they hired post-funding.
Pots For Tots: tech advisory & operations automation
potsfortots.co.uk
Pots For Tots needed a technical partner to make sense of the stack and remove repetitive manual work across orders, fulfilment, and customer comms, without hiring a full engineering function.
A leaner, more reliable operations stack. The team spends less time stitching tools together and more time on the parts of the business that need a human.
E-commerce: AI advisory & extended engineering team
Anonymised E-commerce brand
An established e-commerce brand needed senior input on where AI actually moves the business, a mobile app built from the ground up, and trustworthy engineering capacity across the rest of the stack without growing the in-house team in every direction at once.
Ongoing engagement. The mobile app is ours end-to-end, AI work is moving into production, and the extended team covers the disciplines the in-house team needs without absorbing them as headcount.
Industrial enterprise: ownership transfer of a production legacy system
Anonymised Industrial enterprise
A production line-of-business application had lost its previous maintainer. Old framework versions, no docs, no clear deployment story, and bugs blocking processes the operations team relied on. The client needed a partner who would take ownership, not just write a report.
A production system the previous vendor walked away from is now maintained, deployable, and shipping releases under our ownership. The deal-breaker bugs are fixed and the operations team has the tool back.
