The brief
A top-500 UK law firm decided to get ahead of the AI shift rather than wait it out. Legal is a cautious, regulated profession, and they had no in-house engineering or AI team to lead the change — but they wanted to move first in their market, with a partner who would build and run it, not advise from the sidelines.
What we're building
- An agent-ready web estate. We are rebuilding their websites on a modern, easy-to-manage stack — fast, simple to edit, and structured so AI assistants and search can read, navigate, and cite them. The same sites serve human visitors and the AI assistants that read on their behalf.
- Agentic enablement. We are wiring the firm's tools into agentic workflows, so routine work can be drafted, checked, and moved along by AI under human control.
- A custom Clio MCP. Clio is the practice-management platform the firm runs on. We built them a custom MCP server for it, so their agentic flows work with their practice data through one controlled, auditable interface rather than ad-hoc integrations.
- SEO and GEO. We are sharpening both classic SEO and GEO — generative-engine optimisation — so the firm is found by search engines and surfaced by AI assistants.
- Deployment and operations. We build, deploy, and run the stack on Cloudflare and Hetzner — not a slide deck for someone else to implement.
- Partner training. We are training the firm's partners on how to use AI flows and apps in their day-to-day work, so the capability stays with the people who run the firm.
